World Crude Oil Production

Here is a graphic I did with the latest data from Energy Information and Administration about the production of Crude Oil in the World between 1997 and 2009. Have we passed the Hubbert Peak of Oil? What do you think? world crude oil production

  1. Hi – was Googling for a new graph of global oil production and found yours. Could I use it in a talk about peak oil? If so, how would you like it credited. I do not make a living from giving talks and couldn’t pay to use your work – sorry! Don’t worry if it’s not cool, it’s just that your graph is more up-to-date than the one I got from The Oil Drum last time.

  2. Me again, just googled ngc891 (I like galaxies & was curious!) & found this deep image (http://www.universetoday.com/82774/astrophoto-deep-deep-look-at-ngc-891/). Have you seen it already?

  3. No problem to use the graphe. It doesn’t matter much if you don’t credit me, actually data are in public domain and drawing a graphe is not a big innovation.
Anyway, if you want to put a name, just use “Jerome Pinot”.
